All our conserves are made by hand, including the pouring into jars and sticking on the labels, by our small team at St.Remy au Bois, in the Pas de Calais region of northern France.
Whether it is jam or marmalade, they are simply made in copper pans with 60% pure fruit and 40% cane sugar. Nothing added. That’s why they smell and taste so good. Our chutneyed fruit is the same with added vinegar and spices.
