When Tea Together set about creating an alternative to the undistinguished jams that had become an unquestioned part of the hotel experience, the first sign-up was the remarkable Hôtel Costes in Paris, Rue St. Honore.
Since then, our hotel range, made in exactly the same way we make our standard jars, has circled the globe.
Tea Together hotels enjoy putting jams and marmalades on their tables that are sufficiently outstanding to be remarked upon, not only by the guests but by visiting professionals, too.
“Your jam makes what we serve at present look and taste like paste.” wrote one distinguished GM, while Gordon Campbell Gray, of One Aldwych in London, when asked about the relevance of detail to an ambitious hotel, said simply, “It's All About The Marmalade”.
Virtually all Tea Together products are Organic, certified by Ecocert France. Exceptions are our Rhubarb with Garden Angelica, which comes from a local grower who plants a variety especially for Tea Together and includes our own garden Angelica which is poached, not sugared and Wild Sloe, picked from our local hedgerows.
The Organic aspect of Tea Together is not something we shout from our labels. We look forward to the day when simple food no longer has to proclaim its purity and the industrial value-added alternatives have to label themselves as chemically mediated. Here we make plain food.
Tea Together gives you a choice of three different jars for room-service:
The Cylindrical or the Hexagonal in 45g, or the Tub-Shaped 70 ml.

These jars come with our own Tea Together numbered label, in Blue for Marmalades and Scarlet for Jams and Honeys.
If you prefer to have your Own Label, we offer that as part of our service, at no extra cost.
We also supply many of our hotels with Le Parfait type jars of either 1.3 litres or 2.4 litres. These are either used in-kitchen, by chefs and pastry cooks, or their contents decanted into silver or porcelain serving dishes.
Tea Together jams come with stand-up booklets that give a glimpse of the Tea Together background.
