The first weekend in October, the Tea Together stand will be loaded with seasonal jams, marmalades and chutneys in the ravishingly beautiful walled orchard and kitchen garden at the Abbaye of Aywiers, in Lasne, near Waterloo, Belgium. We’ll be there for the twice a year Journees de Plantes event, which we have been taking part in for some ten years now. To be there is a pleasure, always, whatever the weather. And we get to meet some of the best plants people around, as well as a handful of outstanding craftsmen who build boats, make gates and fencing - useful things well done
