From the first jar of Orange Marmalade, made in a moment of idle curiousity, Tea Together has grown an international reputation for its jams, marmalades and chutneyed fruits.

It has done so without compromising the innocence of the method used to make those first jars. Everything is still prepared from whole fruit that is hand-prepared, chopped and pared and peeled, here on the farm, and then cooked in copper basins by either Clement or Jocelyn. The essential tools are hand and eye, and experience - knowing which method to use for which fruit, judging just when to pull a basin off the fire. In the Tea Together atelier, there are no fomats. Instead, there is a clear sense of how we want our products to be. Fresh, lively, fragrant, or rich, deep, and spicy ... as in all cooking, the end result cannot surpass the quality of the ingredients or the concept of the cook.

Tea Together products have been hard to find outside of a network of stylish, five star hotels. Working without benefit of intermediaries or distributors, we have kept control over who buys our jam and where it is offered.

But recently we made the decision to open our first ever Tea Together store, gathering together under one roof all the products made at St Remy au Bois as well as the range we have sourced directly from fellow artisans wherever we find them .... so far, that s France, Italy and Hungary.

The store is in Millburn, New Jersey. At the long table of patchwork tiles from the Brussels designer Agnes Emery, you can sit and taste any and all of our home made jams, marmalades and chutneys. From Autumn, these will be joined by the breads and cakes from the kitchen of our new partner, Chef Scott Cutaneo.

However - it seemed a pity to limit the availability of Tea Together to its growing audience of New Jersey and Manhattan enthusiasts so here, for the first time, we are delighted to present the New Tea Together E-Commerce Site!!

It is designed to make it easy for anyone, anywhere, to order up the Tea Together products they want to try, or restock with those they already know and love.
